1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the lv18 platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the site, opening an account, or using any gaming or betting service, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

lv18 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. In case of any conflict, the Bengali version will take precedence.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to stop using the site and contact the support team to close your account.

2. Account Registration

To open an account at lv18, you must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Each person may operate only one account. lv18 reserves the right to cancel duplicate accounts and forfeit any accumulated balance.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

1. Full name — must match your National ID card or passport.
2. Active mobile number — to be used for OTP verification.
3. Date of birth — required for age verification.
4. A strong password — combining letters, numbers, and special characters.

2.2 Account Ownership

An account is strictly personal. Allowing a third party to use your account, or transferring or selling it, is strictly prohibited. If multiple members of the same household wish to operate separate accounts, each person must complete identity verification individually and use separate payment methods.

3. Age and Identity Verification

The minimum age to use any lv18 service is 21 years. If the date of birth provided at registration does not meet this requirement, the account will not be created and no betting or gaming services will be available.

As part of identity verification, lv18 may at any time request the following documents:

1. A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
2. A recent utility bill or bank statement — for address verification.
3. Proof of payment method ownership — mobile number verification for bKash or Nagad.

4. Account Security

Keeping your account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the lv18 support team immediately.

Always log out after using a public or shared device. lv18 will never ask for your full password via email or chat — any such request may be a fraud attempt.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

lv18 supports the familiar payment methods available in Bangladesh for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

5.1 Minimum Amounts

1. Minimum deposit: ৳100 (the same for each method).
2. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
3. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

5.2 Payment Conditions

1. The payment method used for a deposit and the account holder must be the same person.
2. Payments sent or received on behalf of a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.
3. Before withdrawing any active bonus, the wagering requirement for that bonus must be met.
4. lv18 may require identity verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal.

The balance held in an account does not earn interest. The transaction currency is Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers at lv18 are subject to specific conditions. Reading the specific terms of a bonus before claiming it is mandatory.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

6.2 General Bonus Conditions

1. Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing any winnings earned from a bonus.
2. Placing bets outside the designated games or bet types using a bonus balance may result in the bonus being cancelled.
3. If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, the bonus and all related winnings will be cancelled in full.
4. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
5. lv18 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed at lv18 are considered final. Cancelling a bet placed by mistake or due to a wrong selection is not possible unless a technical error is proven.

7.1 Sports Betting

1. Odds displayed for cricket, football, and other sports are subject to change. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
2. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
3. lv18 is not responsible for any issues arising from delays or lag in live betting.
4. In a multi-bet, if even one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost.

7.2 Casino and Slot Games

1. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself.
2. If your connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on the server and will be visible once you reconnect.
3. RTP (Return to Player) varies for each game and depends on the value set by the game provider.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at lv18, and if detected, may result in account closure and legal action:

1. Collecting or misusing bonuses through fraudulent means.
2. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
3. Coordinating with other users to guarantee an outcome in anyone's favour.
4. Deliberately exploiting faulty odds or game bugs.
5. Operating an account for the purpose of money laundering or transferring illegal funds.
6. Attempting to breach platform security or hack the system.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

lv18 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, in particular if:

1. Any clause of these Terms is violated.
2. Information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
3. Suspicious financial activity is observed on the account.
4. A regulatory or legal authority requires the account to be closed.

Upon account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned in accordance with the rules, however bonuses and suspicious winnings may be forfeited. A member may also request to close their own account at any time.

10. Responsible Gaming

lv18 always strives to maintain the quality of its services. However, lv18 will not be held liable for:

1. Loss caused by internet disconnection or third-party network issues.
2. Uncontrollable events (such as natural disasters or government directives) that disrupt services.
3. Data loss or damage resulting from the user's own negligence.
4. Issues caused by errors in game provider software.

If lv18 is found liable in any situation, the extent of that liability will be limited to the value of the transaction directly related to the specific issue.
